- Focus on sleep, nutrition, movement and mindset
- Build sustainable habits and realistic goals
- Cut through health trends and information overload

Frequently asked questions
-
How much does it cost?
There is NO CHARGE to anyone who wants to attend. This event is brought to you Baylor Scott & White Health Plan and our sponsors.
-
Do I need to register in advance/have a ticket?
Registration is encouraged but not required. We would appreciate you letting us know if you're coming and how many kids/adults are in your group, so we can plan how many snacks/giveaways to have on hand.
-
Do I have to have insurance through Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, RightCare or FirstCare?
Show Yourself Some Love is a community-wide event open to any and every woman in Central Texas. The RightCare Baby Shower is for RightCare members and a guest (separate registration required). Participants who are not attending the baby shower will hear from Dr. Griggs during that time, then everyone will come back together for lunch and the rest of the program.
-
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, but please be advised that childcare will not be available.
-
Why should I come?
Women tend to put themselves last on their list of priorities — and that includes taking charge of their own health and wellbeing. But what happens if you get sidelined by a medical issue? Who will take care of everyone and everything then?
At this event, you will learn ways to Show Yourself Some Love so you can live a healthier, happier life. It's all part of our commitment to empower you to live well.
-
Do I need to stay the whole time?
If at all possible, yes. However, we understand that you have other commitments and may need to arrive late/leave early. Just know that you'll get the most out of the event if you're able to attend all the presentations.
